Thursday was another great day in the DR!
First thing this morning, a shipping container arrived at the school. Some helped unload the truck. Others organized, sorted and put away items. The rest of our group worked in preschool again with the three year olds. Today was our last day in Batay Lima for VBS. Again, we had a good day and a hard time telling our friends goodbye! Tonight we had devotions and a surprise bowl of ice cream! Yay!
Tomorrow is a really busy day. School in the morning. Head to the beach at lunch time and a special dinner out!

Thank you so much for the daily updates, especially the pictures!! It’s awesome to see how the kids are interacting with the kids in the Bataye. (Even Kelly!!)
Sounds like the Holy Spirit is moving through and amoung you all! You all are Kingdom builders making a difference in the lives of many! You are the hands and feet fo Christ and through you He is showing his unconditional love for all His people! Thank you Gina for taking such good care of our kids and leading them in this mission! I love seeing all the pictures! I love you Lily Warner and I’m so very proud of you and the courage of our whole group to leave the comforts of home and step out of your comfort zones to do God’s mighty work! “Jesus traveled through all the towns and villages of that area, teaching in the synagogues and announcing the Good News about the Kingdom. And he healed every kind of disease and illness. When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them because they were confused and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. He said to his disciples, “The harvest is great, but the workers are few. So pray to the Lord who is in charge of the harvest; ask him to send more workers into his fields.” Matthew 9:35-38 Sometimes God has to take us out of our comfort zone to use us, speak to us and to grow us in our faith! I pray that each and every one of you has heard God’s voice and can feel His unconditional love for you! I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send and who will go for Us? ” Then I said, “here am I! Send me.” Isaiah 6:8
It is in giving… that we receive… you all have given much, I pray you have received much!
I’m praying for a beautful Friday in every way!
Love and blessings,
Wendy Warner
